Administrator(ka) IT Infrastruktury Hybrydowej i Chmurowej

Port Gdańsk is hiring for an IT administrator position responsible for hybrid and cloud infrastructure environments, including Microsoft Azure, Azure Stack HCI, and Microsoft 365, with operations based in Gdańsk.

• Higher technical education in fields such as computer science, telecommunications, or related areas.
• Minimum 3 years of experience administering server and service environments including Microsoft Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
• Strong knowledge of directory services (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong knowledge of identity management (Entra ID / Azure AD, Entra B2B).
• Knowledge of communication and collaboration services (Exchange, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Ability to manage cloud and hybrid environments (Azure Portal, Azure Stack HCI, Intune / Endpoint Manager).
• Experience deploying, maintaining, and integrating hybrid environments including local and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures in accordance with business continuity and disaster recovery policies.
• Submission of a declaration confirming no criminal record and absence in the National Criminal Register.

Nice to have:

• Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-100 / MS-101), or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cloud service licensing and cost optimization.
• Practical experience migrating identities, mailboxes, and organizational resources to Microsoft cloud environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring and performance analysis tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor).
• Experience with backup systems and disaster recovery solutions for hybrid server and service environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps concepts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) including integration with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment automation.

• Administer and develop hybrid and cloud environments (Azure, Azure Stack HCI, Microsoft 365).
• Manage identity and directory services (Active Directory, Entra ID, Entra B2B) including integration and access control.
• Maintain end-user services in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Design, implement, and maintain server infrastructure in a hybrid model (on-premises plus cloud).
• Implement and monitor security policies and cooperate with the cybersecurity team.
• Manage backups, test recovery procedures, and co-create and maintain BCP/DRP plans.
• Automate administrative tasks, document environments, and participate in infrastructure projects.
