Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM implementations and CRM adoption projects
- Experience in the banking sector
- Very good knowledge of CRM processes
- Experience in change management, conducting trainings and workshops
- Ability to analyze requirements and collaborate with business and IT
- Fluent Polish language skills (C1/C2)
- Fluent English language skills (B2+/C1)

- Analyze business needs and prepare CRM Playbook
- Conduct workshops and trainings

Inne informacje
Collaboration form is B2B contract with hourly net rate 80-100 PLN + VAT. Mode is hybrid with expected travel related to service delivery in Poland. The onboarding and recruitment process is fully remote. Bilingual communication in Polish and English is required.
