Global Service Lead of Penetration Test

BNP PARIBAS is a leading bank in the European Union and a major international player. The role is situated within the EMEA IT Risk and Cybersecurity Office of BNP Paribas Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB), specifically in the CIB Ethical Hacking team, focusing on cybersecurity penetration testing services.

• At least 8-10 years of experience in pentest service delivery.
• Strong experience in penetration testing and related cybersecurity practices.
• Strong experience in worldwide services delivery and team management.
• Problem-solving mindset with hands-on experience in international process/procedure implementation.
• Ability to manage meetings or committees, comfortable presenting to C-suite and regulatory bodies.
• Ability to collaborate and coordinate teams operating in multiple countries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in computer science or cybersecurity.
• Certifications required: at least one among OSCP, OSCE, CREST-CRT, CREST+CCT, CISSP, CISM, GIAC GPEN or equivalent.
• Experience in banking or financial services, especially global investment banks, is an asset.
• Strategic, risk-based thinking using data and metrics for decision-making.

Nice to have:

• Prior advisor experience to CISO or membership in a risk-steering committee.
• Hands-on red-team/purple-team expertise, threat-modeling, or exploit development.

• Oversee and maintain the highest level of quality of service and ensure coordination for CIB Worldwide while controlling compliance of pentest over CIB internal policies and regulatory requirements with regional support.
• Provide strategic direction and manage operations of the EMEA pentest coordination team ensuring timely delivery, quality, technical reviews, and coordination.
• Assure risk-based testing prioritization and alignment with threat models.
• Lead the formalization and validation of an annual pentest book of work for CIB worldwide.
• Oversee global pentest budget consolidation to ensure it aligns with CIB needs and priorities.
• Perform performance reviews of external and internal pentest suppliers to enforce continuous improvement.
• Maintain data quality in reporting tools, produce measures, KPIs, KRIs, support audit reporting, and follow internal control procedures.
• Propose and implement process and KPIs/KRIs improvements for service delivery governance and efficiency.
