Senior Project Manager (IoT projects)

intent is a company focused on designing and co-creating connected devices including wearables, smart audio, and health-tech hardware for clients like Oura and BOSE. They have been operating since 2008 and have a team of over 60 people working fully remotely with AI integration in their workflows.

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience, preferably in a software house or digital agency
• Hands-on experience delivering custom software projects from start to release
• Previous experience with IoT, wearables, or connected-device projects
• Understanding of hardware-software trade-offs including firmware delays, OTA, and certifications
• Solid Agile foundations, particularly in Scrum
• Ability to assume Scrum Master or Product Owner roles when needed
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• English language proficiency at C1+ level (written and spoken) for communication with US clients
• Creativity, excellent communication skills, and genuine interest in technology over just process
• Alignment with intent's values of openness, ownership, and continuous learning

• Experience working with US-based clients and their delivery expectations

• Be the single point of contact for US-based clients, acting as communicator, diplomat, and negotiator
• Manage web and mobile projects end to end including discovery, scoping, launch, and maintenance
• Lead a cross-functional squad composed of designers, developers, QA, and other PMs
• Run Scrum ceremonies, plan sprints, and manage backlogs, timelines, budgets, and project health
• Co-create product vision with clients, focusing on features, MVP strategy, and value delivery
• Lead staffing and resource planning with other chapters
• Promote improvements in working methods within the squad and company-wide
• Use AI tools as an integral part of daily workflow
