SD/MM EDI/API Integration Analyst (SAP)

BPX S.A. is conducting a long-term international SAP S/4HANA transformation programme focusing on integrating SAP with external warehouse management systems used by third-party logistics providers.

• Strong functional experience in SAP SD and good understanding of SAP MM.
• Experience with SAP sales, delivery, shipping, and order fulfilment processes.
• Practical experience with integration projects between SAP and external warehouses or 3PL operators.
• Experience with IDoc or EDI-based logistics integrations.
• Knowledge of inbound and outbound delivery processes, goods movements, and inventory-related integration points.
• Experience with handling units.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications, interface requirements, and test scenarios.
• Experience with integration testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live support.
• Ability to cooperate effectively with business users, technical integration teams, and external logistics providers.
• Ability to work independently in an international programme environment.
• Fluent English.

• Analyse SAP SD/MM processes related to integration with external 3PL warehouses.
• Support design and implementation of interfaces between SAP S/4HANA and external warehouse management systems.
• Define functional requirements for inbound and outbound logistics messages.
• Support processes for outbound deliveries, inbound deliveries, goods receipt, goods issue, stock movements, and order fulfilment.
• Work with handling units and logistics data exchanged between SAP and external warehouses.
• Define functional data scope and mapping requirements for IDoc and EDI interfaces.
• Cooperate with external 3PL providers, business stakeholders, and technical integration teams.
• Prepare functional specifications and support interface development.
• Coordinate and execute functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Analyse integration issues and coordinate resolution across SAP, middleware, and external WMS teams.
• Ensure alignment with the global SAP S/4HANA template across multiple European countries.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
