Product Designer, Coordinate

Asana is a leading platform for human + AI collaboration used by millions of teams worldwide. The Coordinate team focuses on workflows central to organizational operations, building experiences that integrate human and AI agent collaboration. The design team creates human-centered designs combining research, data, and peer feedback to produce impactful applications. This role is based in Asana's Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule.

• 5+ years of experience in product design
• Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies with willingness to leverage them
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality interaction and interface design work
• Skilled in human-centered design processes, research-informed rationale, and collaborative end-to-end feature delivery
• Experience designing and shipping web, desktop, and/or native mobile applications
• Creative problem-solver using divergent and iterative methods
• Openness, curiosity, and growth mindset
• Customer-centric with ability to elicit and synthesize research to define problems

• Lead the design of end-to-end experiences for Asana products and features
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify customer problems, establish vision and build solutions
• Champion product excellence and contribute to the design system
• Ensure design cohesion and scalability across the broader Asana product experience
• Facilitate human-centered problem solving and foster co-creation across the organization
• Learn new methods to solve complex problems to enhance flow, efficiency, and engagement
• Shape a product that is intuitive, elegant, and consistent in voice
