Engineering Manager, Growth

Asana is a leading platform for human + AI collaboration with 13+ offices worldwide. The Product Engineering team builds end-to-end features, working closely with UI designers and infrastructure teams to create a superior user experience through continuous deployment. The role is based in the Warsaw office with a hybrid work schedule and involves leading a new Adoption Group team focused on improving new user discovery and engagement.

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years managing technical teams
• Proven success in growth engineering, activation funnels, or Product-Led Growth (PLG)
• Strong technical foundation in full-stack web development and scalable APIs
• Ability to partner with Design and Product on new features and daily product enhancements
• Desire to maximize impact for self, team, and company
• Demonstrates intelligence, empathy, integrity, and technical competence
• Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in problem solving
• Curiosity about and willingness to leverage AI tools and emerging technologies

• Hire talented engineers and enable smooth team scaling
• Manage and support engineers' growth on the Adoption team
• Articulate and execute the team's roadmap aligned with business goals
• Lead technically challenging and critical projects
• Coach engineers in technical and professional development
• Ensure a reliable user experience for Asana globally while maintaining rapid development
• Collaborate with peer managers and contribute to team culture in Warsaw office
