Product Manager, Adapt

The Product Management team defines the Work Management category by developing a platform that supports diverse workflows, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, and Data Science.

• 5+ years experience as a Product Manager, including 1-2 years in B2B SaaS.
• Strong customer-centric approach, spending time with customers to understand challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Systems thinker capable of simplifying complex use cases.
• Strategic insight into customer issues and feature integration.
• Ability to execute projects rapidly with MVP and iterative delivery.
• Commitment to fostering team morale and sharing best practices.
• Growth mindset embracing feedback and continuous learning.

• Define and deliver a roadmap ensuring customers have the necessary structure to support workflows.
• Synthesize input from customers, user research, data science, and business partners to invest in impactful work structuring.
• Take new initiatives from concept to scale after validating product market fit.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success to execute the roadmap.
• Support other R&D teams to achieve their goals through cross-organization collaboration.
