Product Manager, Command

• 6+ years experience in Product Management
• Experience building products with complex data models, human-centric UX, and B2B SaaS
• Systems thinker capable of modeling data and partnering on UX flows
• Strategic mindset to create intuitive connections within the platform
• Ability to create and evangelize roadmaps with high velocity delivery
• Customer-centric with deep understanding of customer needs through research
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally
• Comfort engaging in technical discussions with engineers
• Growth mindset and openness to feedback

• Deliver a high-craft product for a new customer segment at Asana
• Build product with passion and operational maturity
• Create a product strategy balancing priorities across customers, teams, and compliance
• Negotiate with partner teams and deliver a compelling roadmap

Employees in Poland are employed under a contract of employment. The role requires working from Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).
