Product Designer, Adapt

Asana is a leading platform for human + AI collaboration used by millions of teams worldwide to achieve their goals faster. The role is within Adapt, a core team in the Platform area that designs the platform foundations to enable Asana's AI- and multi-product future, making Asana more flexible and extensible by moving beyond fixed task workflows.

• Demonstrate curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies with a willingness to leverage them
• 6+ years of experience in product design
• Strong portfolio showing high-quality interaction and interface design work
• Skilled in human-centered design processes with data-informed rationale
• Experience designing and shipping web, desktop, and/or native mobile applications
• Creative problem solver using divergent and iterative methods to evolve concepts
• Openness, curiosity, and a growth mindset
• Customer-centric with ability to elicit non-obvious needs and synthesize research into problem definitions

• Lead the design of end-to-end experiences for Asana products and features
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify customer problems, establish vision, set strategy, build, and ship solutions
• Champion product excellence and contribute to the design system
• Ensure design scalability and cohesion across the broader Asana product experience
• Facilitate and role model human-centered problem solving and co-creation
• Learn new methods to solve complex problems enhancing customer flow, efficiency, and engagement
• Shape a product that is intuitive, elegant, and speaks with a unified voice

This role is based in the Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in-office; Wednesday work from home; Friday dependent on work type).
