Data Scientist

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years applying data science techniques for product development and decision-making.
• Strong technical background in statistics, mathematics, or information science.
• Fluency in at least one data processing language such as Python or Scala.
• Proficiency with relational data modeling and SQL.
• Expertise in statistical methods, experimental design, and analysis.
• Experience with measurement techniques for search ranking, relevance, or quality.
• Experience with distributed data processing systems like Spark or Redshift.
• Background in advanced statistical modeling (e.g., GLM, mixed effects) and/or machine learning techniques.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies with willingness to learn and apply them.

• Design and analyze experiments to measure new product feature impact.
• Investigate collaborative patterns of successful teams using Asana.
• Add metrics and aggregations to the data warehouse to answer new questions.
• Build models predicting growth trajectories for customer segments.
• Partner with engineering, product management, and business teams to drive data-informed decisions.
