Salesforce Technical Architect

Asana is a leading platform for human + AI collaboration with 13+ offices globally. The role is within the Enterprise Technology Apps RevTech team based in Warsaw, focusing on enterprise Salesforce and integrated tooling landscapes including platforms like Roadrunner.io and Clay.io.

• Extensive experience in Salesforce ecosystem with track record as an Architect or Technical Lead.
• Ability to architect beyond core Salesforce integrating tools like Clay.io and Roadrunner.io.
• Experience evaluating external tools and vendor assessments.
• Hands-on proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns including REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Bulk API.
• Experience with middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, or Informatica.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, security, sharing rules, and large data volume management.
• Experience with CI/CD and release management tools like Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Git, Salesforce DX.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum with business analysts and leadership.
• Background in Salesforce security architecture including Identity & Access Management, Shield Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX.
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools like Splunk or New Relic.
• Familiarity with AI Agents, Agentforce, and intelligent automation within Salesforce.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills in English.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications like Application Architect or System Architect preferred.

• Provide architectural guidance and structural governance for Salesforce and surrounding GTM systems.
• Own and maintain the Enterprise Technology tech stack desk and systems landscape.
• Collaborate with leadership to align on technical vision and execution strategy.
• Partner with the product team to co-create and deliver the product roadmap.
• Govern the Salesforce Center of Excellence to cultivate platform standards and best practices.
• Conduct vendor and tool assessments across the RevTech landscape.
• Oversee and guide CI/CD processes and deployment tools across the tech stack.
• Evaluate new Salesforce features and third-party tools, leading proof of concept efforts.
• Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with ET teams to implement reliable Salesforce-native integrations.
• Provide escalation support for complex production issues and lead post-incident root cause analysis.
