Specjalista ds. Automatyzacji Procesów (M/K)

• Experience in business or process analysis.
• Ability to conduct workshops and work with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of process mapping tools (e.g., Aris, BPMN).
• Ability to create prototypes of improvements (VBA, macros, Power Query, or other automation tools).
• Understanding of automation and robotization logic (experience with UiPath or WEBCON is a plus).
• Ability to prepare analytical documentation.
• Process thinking, proactivity, and problem-solving orientation.
• Communication skills and ability to work in a project environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with UiPath (analyst or developer).
• Experience in building AI agents.
• Knowledge of WEBCON BPS (prototyping, workflow modeling).
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, VBA, or other low-code tools.
• Experience with Lean/Kaizen/Continuous Improvement.
• Analytical certificates.

• Analyze end-to-end business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and map processes (AS IS / TO BE).
• Develop concepts for improvements including standardization, digitalization, automation, robotization, and workflow.
• Create analytical documentation, including robot cards for the UiPath RPA team.
• Design workflow logic and prepare prototypes in WEBCON BPS.
• Collaborate with RPA and WEBCON developers to implement solutions.
• Participate in tests, acceptances, and support monitoring and maintenance of deployed solutions.
• Prepare automation prototypes (e.g., macros, VBA, Power Query, tools facilitating work).
• Support business in defining requirements and making process decisions.
