Senior Product Manager - Category Experience

• Proven extensive experience as a Product Manager or similar product/project management role, including roadmapping, resource planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder cooperation.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT processes.
• Deep experience in data analysis and interpretation with data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills with high autonomy.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies and product backlog management.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong customer-centric focus with ability to understand client needs deeply.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

• Define Product Vision & Strategy: Set vertical-specific customer experience vision and strategy, contributing to and challenging broader product strategy.
• Translate Customer Insights: Understand user requirements, gather deep customer insights, and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Own Roadmap Planning: Prioritize product feature backlog, plan roadmaps, and manage mid-term product scopes with high autonomy.
• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, UX, research, data science, analytics, communications, technical leaders, and support teams.
• Manage KPIs & Success Metrics: Define operational and success KPIs, track performance, and link to broader business KPIs.
• Align Stakeholders: Engage with diverse internal stakeholders and ensure clear communication up to CL8 level.
• Optimize Resources: Recommend next steps grounded in strategic priorities to maximize resource impact.
• Apply Data-Driven Frameworks: Use logical, data-driven frameworks for problem-solving and determining analytical approaches.
• Craft Decision Proposals: Provide structured, clear written narratives and decision proposals.
• Execute High-Rigor Decisions: Apply rigor and judgment considering customer problems, competition, alternatives, and business needs.
• Lead Through Ambiguity: Lead parts of the team's work, including in challenging or ambiguous situations.
• Mentor & Inspire: Coach and mentor junior PMs to foster growth in product methodology and leadership.
• Build Peer Networks: Maintain strong peer networks to identify and advance cross-product opportunities.
