Process Engineer (m/f)

• Completed higher education in a technical field
• Ability to communicate in English in professional environment
• Logical data analysis skills and effective problem-solving ability
• Practical experience gained in a production company
• Knowledge of technologies and processes related to electronics manufacturing
• Ability to work with and interpret technical documentation

Additional required skills (minimum one):

• Programming vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence)
• Programming industrial robots (Epson, Fanuc, ABB, Scara and 6-axis robots)
• Knowledge of tightening control systems (Atlas Copco)
• Operation and configuration of pastes and lubricants dosing systems
• Knowledge of leak control systems (ATEQ, Nolek)
• Knowledge of GD&T, CMM measurements and working with Renishaw or Zeiss devices
• Preparing MSA analyses and process capability analyses

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the Machinery Directive
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 standard requirements
• Ability to program PLC controllers

• Responsibility for maintaining and improving production processes of electronic assemblies used in the automotive industry
• Implementing new products into production and launching new equipment and technological lines
• Developing and implementing solutions and tools to support the manufacturing process
• Analyzing production processes and initiating actions to increase their efficiency
• Diagnosing technical problems and taking corrective actions
• Collaborating with production, quality, and design teams to achieve project and production targets
