OT Network Support Specialist

• Over 8 years of experience supporting network technologies in a large company
• Strong technical skills with IT and OT network technologies such as Cisco Router/Switch, Cisco ACI, Juniper Router, Checkpoint Firewall, DNS, F5
• Deep understanding of data network topologies and protocols
• Experience with network management tools such as Splunk, Sevone, NetScout, Wireshark
• Ability to work under ITIL and Agile standards/frameworks
• Good team player with ability to guide less experienced engineers and collaborate at all levels
• Strong communication skills to collaborate within the business
• Willingness to learn new telecom and OT technologies in a large enterprise environment

Nice to have:

• Valid industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE
• Python programming or network automation experience
• Cloud infrastructure usage or support experience with GCP, Azure, AWS, Ali

• Provide L2 and L3 production support for global IT and OT network infrastructure such as Router/Switch, Firewall, Load Balancing, DNS
• Perform network troubleshooting to deliver desired performance or break-fix
• Collaborate with various IT teams including Incident Management and OT teams (Real Estate, Cybersecurity)
• Work with global engineers and vendors in a "follow the Sun" support model
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities to reduce infrastructure outages and repeat failures
• Ensure global standards are set and adhered to
• Provide on-call support on a rotational basis (financially rewarded)
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfers to L1 support or junior engineers
