At INGENIOUS.BUILD, we have developed a top-notch platform for companies in the real estate and construction industries worldwide, enabling management of entire projects internally and with other participants. The project aims to create the first cloud application managing the full lifecycle of real estate construction projects.

• Communicative English at B2 level or higher.
• Extensive experience building scalable applications, preferably large-scale CRM, CMS, or ERP systems; direct SaaS experience is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in PHP 8.1+ and modern frameworks like Laravel or Symfony, with experience in modular monolith and layered architecture.
• Strong focus on framework-agnostic development, clean and maintainable code maximizing business value.
• Thorough knowledge of automated testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit) and robust testing strategies.
• Experience managing a development team and delivering multiple complex projects.

• Lead and guide one engineering team to plan, build, and deliver high-quality software while optimizing code, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews, contributing to team and company growth.
• Minimize meetings to focus on software building.
• Foster a collaborative environment that avoids unnecessary bureaucracy, enabling team members to influence the product.
• Continuously improve the codebase by reducing legacy code and adding tests.
• Adhere to development philosophy emphasizing easy-to-test and maintainable code with clear separation of business logic from framework.
• Maintain strong modular boundaries using facades, adapters, events, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) in complex modules.
