ServiceNow Developer/Administrator

• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations or technical administration
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Experience with ITSM and ITOM ServiceNow modules
• Knowledge of Java Script, HTML, and CSS
• Experience in integrations such as SOAP and REST
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Fast learning skills
• Willingness to work on stand-by duties (additionally paid)

Nice to have:

• Working experience in Agile project environments
• ServiceNow certifications
• Knowledge of AngularJS and Ajax
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes and ITIL certifications

• Configuration and development of ServiceNow for DXC customers
• Administration of ServiceNow instances
• Resolution of incidents
• Preparation of project documentation
• Participation in training and achieving new certifications
• Sharing experience with other team members
