Wymagania
- Significant experience in IT Operations, Platform Operations, Production Support, or Engineering Operations roles.
- Strong hands-on understanding of incident management, problem management, request management, change management, and operational governance.
- Experience working with internal customers and stakeholders to deliver service reliability and operational improvements.
- Strong understanding of platform resiliency, compliance, security, audit readiness, and operational risk management.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments including Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models.
- Ability to translate operational needs, risks, and business priorities into clear and actionable backlog items.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and decision-making skills in fast-moving environments.
Obowiązki
Platform Operations & Service Reliability:
- Own operational management for the Blue Prism RPA platform and coordinate cross-platform services such as Retool, Knime, Azure infrastructure, PEGA, ABBYY, and security/compliance work.
- Ensure stable day-to-day operations through incident, request, maintenance, and production support management.
- Be accountable for platform resiliency, service continuity, supportability, and operational excellence.
- Drive operational readiness for planned maintenance, releases, and production changes.
- Monitor operational health, identify service risks, and lead improvement actions to reduce instability and recurring issues.
Stakeholder & Customer Management:
- Serve as primary contact for internal customers/service lines on operational topics.
- Build trusted partnerships with business and technology stakeholders to understand needs and opportunities.
- Communicate service risks, incident impacts, maintenance activities, operational metrics, and recovery plans effectively.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Security, Compliance, and Platform Leadership to align priorities and outcomes.
Incident, Problem, and Change Management:
- Lead or support response for high-severity incidents including coordination, escalation, communication, and recovery.
- Act as operational decision-maker for P1/P2 incidents to ensure ownership, handovers, and resolution.
- Drive problem management and root cause follow-up to reduce repeat incidents.
- Validate priorities for operational and change items.
- Approve changes for owned platforms following governance and standards.
- Ensure emergency fixes and maintenance follow change management controls and documentation.
Engineering Team Leadership & Delivery Governance:
- Manage a globally distributed engineering team in a shared operating model.
- Support balancing Run work via Kanban and Change delivery via Scrum in two-week sprints.
- Protect engineering capacity while ensuring operational responsiveness and delivery commitments.
- Participate in operational governance, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and prioritization sessions.
- Manage operational work through regional transitions and formal handovers.
Platform Improvement, Security & Compliance:
- Drive initiatives to improve monitoring, automation, supportability, observability, and recovery.
- Partner with Security and Compliance stakeholders to ensure alignment with controls, remediation, and audits.
- Support vulnerability remediation prioritization and backlog management.
- Maintain operational governance with documentation, approvals, and audit readiness.
- Promote standard operating procedures, runbooks, knowledge sharing, and documentation practices.
