Senior DevOps Engineer, AWS

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering roles
• Proficiency in GitLab, Terraform, and Jenkins
• Expertise in AWS, EKS, and Ansible, including Jenkins to GitLab migration
• Skills in Shell and Python scripting, and Ansible playbooks for automation
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
• Understanding of infrastructure security best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2+)

• Develop, manage, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, and other relevant tools
• Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Configure and manage AWS services
• Collaborate with development team to deploy microservices onto the Kubernetes/EKS platform using GitLab CI/CD
• Lead the migration of Jenkins pipelines to GitLab, ensuring a smooth transition
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues
• Stay updated on DevOps and Cloud best practices and emerging technologies
• Ensure code is up-to-date, maintainable, scalable, and secure
• Monitor and improve system health and performance to maximize uptime and user satisfaction
• Develop, test, and maintain continuous integration and deployment toolchain and pipelines
• Collaborate with software developers, operations teams, and cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver solutions within timelines
