Proven experience as a QA team lead or senior QA engineer with leadership responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages.
Excellent understanding of SDLC and agile development processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Experience with performance testing, security testing, and continuous integration environments is a plus.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various products.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define quality standards and requirements.
Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and automation strategies.
Coordinate and oversee manual and automated testing efforts across multiple projects.
Monitor and report on quality metrics and suggest corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure timely identification, documentation, and resolution of defects in collaboration with the development team.
Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions to keep the QA team updated with the latest tools and techniques.
