Senior Product Designer

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, preferably at tech startups with a focus on UX.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs and successful projects.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Experience adapting designs for various devices and knowledge of UX/UI design trends.
• Strong analytical skills including conducting user research and data analysis.

User and Business Research and Analysis:

Wireframing, Layout, and Design:

• Create wireframes, layouts, and designs meeting user requirements and business goals.
• Adapt designs for various devices and screen sizes.
• Ensure adherence to UX/UI principles and best practices.

Prototyping and User Testing:

• Develop interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for refinements.
• Analyze user data and incorporate insights into iterations.

Navigation and Interaction Design:

• Define optimal navigation flows and interactions for websites and applications.
• Ensure seamless user experiences via information architecture and user journeys.

Design Consistency and Technical Requirements:

• Maintain design consistency and adhere to technical requirements.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure feasibility and implementation.
