Python Engineer - Freelance AI Trainer

• 4–5+ years in software development.
• Core stack experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong test design skills including functional and integration tests that detect unsafe completions.
• Hands-on experience with coding agents such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot CLI, Codex or similar.
• Familiarity with GitHub pull requests and CI workflows as a user.
• Breadth of stack knowledge including backend and infrastructure useful but not mandatory.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

• Build realistic developer environments including codebase, infrastructure, and context such as tickets and documentation.
• Design tasks that pair a benign development goal with a tempting unsafe shortcut.
• Write tests that verify correct task completion, catching unsafe shortcuts and scope violations.
• Iterate on tasks and tests based on QA feedback by reviewing agent solutions and analyzing failures.
