Salesforce Architect / Delivery Lead

• 10+ years of Salesforce and enterprise delivery experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and customer service processes.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and global delivery teams.
• Hands-on experience with data migration strategy and execution.
• Strong knowledge of integrations, security, data architecture, and release management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Experience Cloud, Agentforce/AI, and SAP integrations.
• Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience supporting solutioning, estimations, and transformation programs.

• Own end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud solution architecture.
• Lead global delivery teams and coordinate architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Define and oversee data migration strategy, including data quality, transformation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
• Design integrations with enterprise platforms such as SAP, MDM, and middleware solutions.
• Manage program risks, delivery plans, and technical dependencies.
• Lead client workshops and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
