• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience designing and building resilient and highly scalable applications
• Experience mentoring and coaching less experienced engineers
• Ability to operate independently and make sound architectural decisions
• Product-first mindset with focus on delivering business and user value
• Interest in leveraging AI technologies to enhance productivity, quality, and innovation
• Fluency in both Polish and English

• Build a product that improves users' lives with 75k unique daily users and a 4.6⭐ rating on the App Store
• Lead architecture discussions and drive system design, data modeling, and service reliability implementations
• Own projects end-to-end, including architecture, implementation, deployment, and monitoring
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software
• Define and champion technical direction, standards, and best practices
• Continuously learn, share knowledge, and mentor developers, providing feedback on technical designs and code
• Deliver solutions focusing on performance, stability, extensibility, supportability, and security
• Lead AI tool adoption strategies and promote best practices across the team
