Senior Product Designer (Mobile)

• 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or related field
• Expertise in best in class mobile design patterns, including interactivity, motion, and accessibility
• Portfolio highlighting design patterns and product architecture contributions
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, AI prototyping and exploration tools)
• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience working with and evolving design systems at scale
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and interaction design best practices
• Experience collaborating in agile product teams
• Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality using AI tools and automation
• Fluency in both Polish and English

• Design simple and beautiful mobile-centric product experiences
• Advocate for the customer’s needs while balancing business goals
• Facilitate and participate in user research and testing, evolving designs based on findings
• Shape and expand user experience through user flows, information architecture, sketches, wireframes, visual design, and prototypes
• Present and communicate concepts and design rationale to team members and stakeholders
• Innovate and strengthen design principles and repeatable patterns
• Inspire the team and customers by bringing new ideas and mobile experiences
• Provide guidelines and documentation to connect with teams building products
• Drive team efficiency or output quality through strategic use of AI tools and automation

This role is open to candidates in Poland. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience.
