Senior Project Manager

• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in IT or complex organizations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders ensuring business goals and on-time delivery.
• Proficient in tools such as Jira and Excel, utilizing data for progress monitoring and decision support.
• Experience in resource planning and priority management in dynamic environments.
• Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and present results and KPI clearly and engagingly.
• Proactive identification and coordination to minimize risks affecting project realization.
• Comfortable working with diverse stakeholder groups and building trust-based relationships.
• Strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing environments.
• Combine attention to detail with strategic project oversight.
• Knowledge and practical use of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Nice to have:

• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
• Knowledge of Power BI and/or Clarity.
• Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting.

• Manage project execution from planning to delivery according to scope, schedule, and priorities.
• Coordinate collaboration between technical teams, business units, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor work progress and prepare regular reports and recommendations for decision-making.
• Analyze project data and KPI, present insights and status at various organizational levels.
• Collaborate on resource planning, workload management, and optimize competency utilization.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and dependencies affecting projects.
• Maintain transparent communication and high stakeholder engagement.
• Support planning, estimation, and building realistic delivery plans.
• Use project and reporting tools to monitor team efficiency and quality of deliverables.
• Co-create and improve project management standards and best practices.
• Ensure smooth execution of initiatives balancing current business needs and long-term goals.
• Manage budgeting and financial forecasting within projects.
