Digital Analyst

Wakacje.pl is the largest e-commerce platform and network of sales salons in Poland offering a wide range of travel services. It has been operating for 25 years and is part of the Wirtualna Polska Holding since 2015. The company provides thousands of domestic and international trips, travel insurance, airport parking, and vacation vouchers.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital or product analytics, preferably in e-commerce or mobile app development.
• Ability to design and analyze A/B tests and assess their impact on key business metrics.
• Proficiency in BigQuery and SQL for working with large data sets, creating advanced queries, and analyzing complex relationships.
• Practical knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or other web analytics tools, including understanding event models and user data collection.
• Experience working with user behavior data such as conversion paths, funnels, drop-off points, retention, and engagement.
• Ability to design and develop dashboards using Looker Studio and translate data into clear conclusions for business teams.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills including identifying dependencies, interpreting data, challenging assumptions, and formulating fact-based recommendations.
• Independence, attention to detail, and ability to manage large amounts of data, sources, and information.
• English language proficiency at a level enabling communication in an international environment and documentation work (minimum B1/B2).

• Analyze the effectiveness of the mobile app and website, including functionalities and purchase paths, to support data-driven product decisions.
• Study user behaviors throughout the customer journey from initial visit to conversion, retention, engagement, and usage frequency.
• Support the e-commerce area with analysis, reports, and recommendations for product development and roadmap prioritization.
• Work with data from various sources including BigQuery and data warehouses to identify trends and optimization areas.
• Define, monitor, and interpret product KPIs and evaluate impacts of implemented changes, including A/B tests.
• Create reports and dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI to aid teams in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure data consistency and accurate business context interpretation.
• Identify gaps in data, tracking, and events, recommending improvements in reporting, measurement, and data sources.
