Product Manager

• 5-8+ years of professional experience in product management owning technical or platform-facing products.
• Strong working knowledge of APIs and integration patterns for exposing data and ingesting external sources.
• Working knowledge of AI and agentic systems, including LLMs and MCP-style integrations.
• Comfortable operating in technical product spaces and engaging with engineering on architecture trade-offs.
• Self-starter with strong instincts for customer and user needs in emerging product areas.
• Strong communication skills to translate between engineering, partners, and business stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Analytical thinking using usage data and integration feedback to prioritize work.
• English language proficiency at least at C1 level.

• Experience building developer-facing platforms, API products, or SDKs.
• Experience with MCP, LLM tool-calling, or agentic frameworks.
• Experience with data ingestion, ETL/integration pipelines, or partner/vendor onboarding.
• Familiarity with graph databases, query languages, or knowledge graph systems.
• Experience running growing and novel product surface areas.
• Familiarity with industrial data, engineering software, or digital twins.
• Background in data-driven product development and analytics.

• Own the consumption layer and drive the roadmap for how various users and systems access and query PlantGraph.
• Design and prioritize API and integration strategy balancing flexibility, performance, and ease of integration.
• Manage integration of external data sources and third-party systems, including defining integration patterns and onboarding.
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure the consumption layer meets user and customer needs.
• Translate technical and business requirements into clear specifications, API contracts, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering on sprint planning, deliverables clarity, and resolving blockers related to integration and platform dependencies.
• Monitor market and ecosystem trends including LLMs and agentic systems.
• Define and track KPIs for adoption, reliability, and consumption patterns.
• Support technical discussions with customers and partners.
