Agents can work with 150+ carriers selling various insurance policies including home, auto, and small business. The company aims to overhaul technology for agents by delivering consumer-grade software to thousands of active agents and plans to accelerate growth.
Wymagania
- 4+ years of commercial experience as a fullstack developer with primary strength on backend using NestJS and PostgreSQL.
- Comfortable with Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Product-oriented mindset: understand the business needs and connect technical solutions to them.
- Startup mindset with high ownership and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Based in Poland with flexibility for partial US time zone overlap.
- Fluent in English (C1) and Polish (C1).
Nice to have:
- Advanced SQL & Optimization skills including performance tuning and indexing strategies for PostgreSQL.
- Experience with container-based deployment technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, or Fargate.
- Familiarity with automated software testing at unit, integration, and end-to-end levels.
Obowiązki
- Work on real-time data integrations and commission systems focusing on backend and data layers; frontend involvement around data presentation.
- Contribute to incentive programs including Rewards Program (Shared Growth Plan) and other evolving initiatives.
- Maintain and improve existing data pipelines across backend and frontend systems.
- Build and maintain integrations with multiple external data sources ensuring data consistency and reliability.
- Bring a product mindset to development, aligning data and systems with agent, carrier, and business goals.
- Write clean, maintainable code with a strong focus on testing culture.
- Leverage modern tooling and AI tools as part of the development workflow.
