Project Manager (k/m)

Lumicode Sp. z o.o., part of the Pentacomp Group, is a producer of IT solutions and provider of professional IT services for large enterprises and the public sector. The company has nearly 30 years of market presence with many completed projects. This position supports a project in the healthcare sector, responsible for complex IT projects aiding modern systems used by public institutions and users nationwide.

• Minimum of 3 years experience managing end-to-end IT projects.
• Experience in projects for the healthcare sector or medical systems.
• Experience with system implementations or migrations.
• Managing large projects with significant budgets.
• Current certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile).
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and collaboration with development teams.
• Knowledge of IT system design and construction.
• Experience with project documentation management.
• Effective management of teams larger than 10 people.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Comfortable communicating with technical and business stakeholders.
• Higher education degree.

• Managing IT projects from initiation through completion.
• Planning schedules, budgets, and scope, and monitoring project execution.
• Coordinating implementations and system migration projects.
• Managing project teams and collaborating with analysts, developers, and business units.
• Identifying risks, managing changes, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Preparing and maintaining project documentation.
• Reporting progress and communicating with stakeholders.
• Ensuring high quality and achievement of project goals.
