UX/UI Designer

• Very good knowledge of Figma
• Portfolio showcasing projects, including design system experience
• Ability to engage in business discussions and justify UX decisions in a business context
• Experience in building and redesigning websites
• Conduct UX workshops and effectively gather business requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience designing digital solutions
• Ability to listen and draw conclusions
• Creativity, good sense of color, composition, and typography
• Knowledge of current UI design trends
• Analytical thinking
• Team collaboration skills
• Meticulousness and accuracy in daily work
• Knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Kanban methodologies
• Experience with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Clarity

• Design and develop digital products and services in collaboration with marketing and IT teams
• Create mockups and prototypes of user interfaces tailored to user needs following best UX/UI practices
• Analyze data (e.g., Google Analytics, Clarity) to optimize design processes
• Actively collaborate with business stakeholders in defining requirements and product development directions
• Improve product functionality and usability
• Work closely with developers during product implementation
• Co-create and maintain design systems
