Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Retail implementation, transformation, or development projects
- Strong knowledge of SAP Retail and configuration in master data, pricing, promotions, and workflows
- Practical experience with SAP MM, SD, and Retail modules, focusing on trade processes and master data management
- Participation in at least two full project cycles including analysis, design, implementation, and stabilization of SAP solutions
- Ability to analyze and optimize business processes related to trade, procurement, logistics, and assortment management
- Experience in collecting and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional and technical solutions
- Effective collaboration skills with business stakeholders, external suppliers, and project teams
- Experience conducting workshops, testing, and training business users
- Good command of English and Polish enabling effective work in a project environment
- Independence, initiative, and ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Ability to read and understand ABAP code is an additional advantage for system issue analysis and resolution

Obowiązki
- Designing, configuring, and developing SAP Retail solutions related to master data, pricing, promotions, workflows, and related retail and supply chain processes
- Managing areas including Article Master, Assortment Management, Listing Procedures, Business Partner, procurement, and logistics processes
- Analyzing business needs and translating them into functional and technical solutions supporting retail and supply chain activities
- Managing projects and coordinating cooperation with external partners, suppliers, and business teams
- Testing, implementing, and optimizing IT solutions to ensure effective retail and logistics processes
- Monitoring system usage, identifying improvement areas, and introducing innovative business development solutions
- Collaborating with business users on requirements analysis, solution definition, and decision support
- Conducting workshops, training sessions, and supporting key users on SAP Retail solutions
- Defining data management standards and archiving policies, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with business requirements
