ServiceNow Platform Architect - IT Contracting

Our client is a global pharmaceutical company in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry, focusing on IT Architecture.

• Minimum 7 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform including architectural design
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM
• Proficiency in integrations, data sources, and ServiceNow APIs
• Knowledge of scripting languages: JavaScript, XML and web services: REST API, SOAP
• ServiceNow certifications: Implementation Specialist and/or System Architect (nice to have)
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT service management frameworks
• Strategic thinking and complex problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with stakeholders

Nice to have:

• SOAP
• ITIL

• Creating and documenting the architecture of the ServiceNow platform considering scalability, performance, and security
• Designing comprehensive solutions based on ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, custom applications)
• Leading project sessions and overseeing technical implementations
• Advising stakeholders on best architectural practices for ServiceNow
• Designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other systems
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure compliance with architectural guidelines
• Monitoring platform performance and recommending improvements
• Creating and enforcing platform governance, compliance, and security policies
