Business and Systems Analyst

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development. The company creates software enabling users to implement changes faster and achieve better outcomes, utilizing a wide range of IT services to support client business goals. Their activity areas include technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Higher education in banking, economics, IT, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business and/or system analysis
• Experience in projects related to electronic banking, corporate client services, or user permissions management
• Knowledge of operational banking processes, especially business client service, accounts, and electronic channels
• Strong knowledge of business and system analysis methods
• Familiarity with security concepts related to access, authorization, authentication, role, and permissions management in electronic banking systems
• Ability to analyze the impact of business changes on bank's process and system architecture
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements
• Proficiency in business process modeling with BPMN and data and use case modeling with UML
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles for digital solutions
• Practical knowledge of tools supporting analysis, requirements management, and process documentation: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Enterprise Architect, or equivalent modeling tools supporting BPMN 2.0 and UML

• Identification, analysis, and documentation of business requirements
• Conducting analytical workshops with business, operations, security, compliance, and IT teams
• Developing business process models and recommending optimal solutions
• Maintaining a backlog of business and system requirements
• Analyzing the impact of regulatory, process, and technological changes on designed solutions
• Supporting test processes, business acceptance, and production implementations
• Ensuring consistency of solutions with banking processes, digitalization strategy, and corporate architecture
• Collaborating in pre-sales and expert initiatives

• Hybrid work mode with 4–5 days per month presence in Warsaw office
