Senior AI/ML Python Engineer

The company is j-labs software specialist, located in Kraków, Poland. The position involves working in a hybrid mode with 2 days per week in the office.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years delivering production AI/ML solutions.
• Experience implementing and maintaining end-to-end AI systems such as chatbots, AI assistants, or agent-based solutions.
• Expert knowledge of Python, software architecture, automated testing, APIs, microservices, and cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong familiarity with modern LLMs like GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, and building GenAI applications.
• Experience designing RAG solutions and agent systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Google ADK.
• Knowledge of classical ML techniques and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience in MLOps, including monitoring, evaluation, and optimization of AI models.
• Practical knowledge of AI Security and AI Governance, and building scalable enterprise AI platforms.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into safe, scalable AI solutions compliant with regulations.
• Design, build, and deliver production-grade AI/ML solutions from concept to deployment.
• Create AI assistants, chatbots, agent-based workflows, and RAG-based applications.
• Design scalable data, AI, and cloud architectures.
• Develop APIs, front-end and back-end services, and corporate integrations.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices, including monitoring, evaluation, and security.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
