Technology Strategy Manager

The role is within Deloitte's Technology Strategy & Transformation Practice, focusing on strategic IT leadership and transformation with extensive consulting and IT leadership experience.

• Solid understanding of IT architectures, platforms, and key technology trends with ability to connect them to business outcomes.
• Typically 6-10 years of experience in consulting, IT strategy, or transformation roles.
• Proven experience leading medium to large engagements including planning, team coordination, and delivery oversight.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to structure complex problems and support senior decision-making.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders (e.g., CIO, CTO), managing expectations, and handling escalations.
• Track record of contributing to proposals, client discussions, and sales efforts.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and coordinating cross-functional teams in complex programs.
• Comfortable working in changing environments and staying current on topics such as cloud, data, and digital technologies.
• Strong written and spoken English and Hungarian; Russian, Ukrainian, or German are an asset.

• Lead engagements in the Technology Strategy & Transformation Practice, taking responsibility for project scope, timeline, and quality.
• Build client trust, lead interactions, understand challenges, and shape practical technology recommendations.
• Manage teams, coordinate workstreams, and ensure efficient collaboration.
• Shape technology strategies and transformation programs aligned with business priorities.
• Ensure quality delivery by reviewing and guiding deliverables for senior audiences.
• Contribute to business development, including proposals, client pitches, and market activities.
• Support practice development through internal initiatives and knowledge sharing.
• Actively coach junior team members and support their growth.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring insights on emerging technologies.
