Senior Data Engineer

Link Group is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join their team in Warszawa, Poland, working on modern, scalable data solutions that support strategic HR decisions. The role involves working with cloud technologies and sensitive datasets for a global organization.

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering
• Hands-on knowledge of DBT, Snowflake, Fivetran, and SQL or similar solutions
• Understanding of data privacy and governance
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment
• Experience with Git and Terraform

Nice to have:

• Experience with HR/People Analytics

• Build and maintain data pipelines and models supporting analytics
• Work with Snowflake, DBT, and Fivetran to integrate and transform data from multiple systems
• Ensure data quality through validation frameworks and testing
• Support data governance and secure handling of sensitive information
• Collaborate with international teams to deliver reliable, analytics-ready datasets
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform
• Manage code with Git
• Create PowerBI dashboards based on curated data
