5+ years of professional programming experience, preferably in backend or full-stack roles.
2+ years of experience with GenAI/LLM Engineering.
Practical experience with Node.js and Python in production environments.
Direct experience integrating LLMs through APIs and applying prompt engineering techniques.
Familiarity with building or participating in projects that include agentic AI; prior involvement in at least one such project is required.

Design and implement applications using TypeScript and/or Python.
Develop and maintain backend services primarily with Node.js.

Compose, test and optimize prompts to improve model outputs (prompt engineering).
Build agentic AI components capable of executing multi-step or complex tasks; contribute to agent design and orchestration.
Integrate AI-driven features with databases, third-party APIs and internal systems.
Deploy applications to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ensure they meet operational requirements.
Establish testing, monitoring and performance-optimization practices for AI-enabled systems.
