Junior Data Engineer

• Higher education or in the final year of studies in fields such as data engineering, computer science, or related
• English language proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation
• Knowledge of Python, including libraries for data processing (NumPy, Pandas) and API (requests)
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Willingness to develop and acquire knowledge in modern technologies
• Ability to work according to adopted standards and naming conventions
• Good teamwork skills and effective communication

Nice to have:

• Experience with Medalion architecture
• Experience with any cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP), especially Microsoft Fabric
• Experience working on virtual machines and basic knowledge of Linux

• Participation in the development of a modern data warehouse based on the platform Microsoft Fabric
• Monitoring and optimization of ETL/ELT processes
• Processing data sets using Python (+PySpark) and T-SQL
• Maintaining agreed design standards
• Collaboration with PowerBI developers and business users to understand their needs
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation
