Agentic AI Cloud Engineer

PwC is a global leader in cloud services supporting the digital transformation of businesses worldwide. The Cloud & Digital team delivers end-to-end cloud solutions, including Cloud Strategy and Migrations, Data Engineering, AI and DevOps Solutions, Application Modernization and Cloud Native development. This role is part of a team building a platform where users work through coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or OpenCode, with expertise in migration and transformation underneath.

• Strong foundation in cloud engineering or cloud architecture with at least 3 years of hands-on experience; Azure preferred (also welcoming GCP or AWS experience).
• At least one cloud certification such as Azure AZ-104, AZ-305, HashiCorp Terraform Associate, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI and agentic components including MCP servers, agentic loops, agent design, evaluations, and vector databases.
• Experience with AI coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable tools.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals including typed schemas, testing, maintainable code, Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, and CI/CD tooling like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Eagerness to face new challenges and broaden specialization.
• Proficiency in Polish and English (minimum B2 level).

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud migration or application assessment projects.
• Experience building evaluation pipelines for large language models including golden cases and regression suites.
• Production experience with RAG and vector databases such as Azure AI Search, pgvector, or Qdrant.
• Familiarity with agent-building frameworks like Claude Agent SDK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or ADK.
• GenAI certification such as Claude Certified Architect.
• Experience with policy-as-code including OPA, Azure Policy, and Terraform module authoring.
• Open-source contributions to agent tooling, MCP servers, or developer tools.
• Consulting experience involving direct client contact.

• Design and build agent harnesses to enable reliable cloud migration work, including skills, instructions, tool contracts, evaluation cases, and approval gates.
• Develop the platform's engineering foundation: MCP servers, typed and testable tools, connectors to real-world sources like CMDB exports, Git repositories, Azure inventory, and Terraform state, and runtime for large-scale batch processing.
• Work hands-on with Azure and Terraform using Infrastructure as Code, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Build proof-of-concept and MVP web applications in frameworks of choice for quick validation and demos.
• Turn experience from migration projects into reusable platform assets such as playbooks, decision patterns, and reference architectures.
• Track latest developments in GenAI and Agentic AI, actively test new agent capabilities, and share knowledge with the team.
