QA Architect

Devire Outsourcing IT is a B2B cooperation model for IT specialists executing projects for clients with innovative and modern projects. The client is a consulting and technology company specializing in digital transformation, software engineering, cloud, and data.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance (QA), including 3 years in a similar position.
• Ability to design and configure frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium).
• Ability to design and configure backend testing frameworks (e.g., Restsharp).
• Experience designing and configuring pipelines in at least one tool (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab).
• Knowledge of contract-based testing (Consumer Driven Contract Testing) using tools like Pact.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure), preferably both.
• Proficient in using Git and designing branching strategies.
• Proficiency in C# and openness to learning TypeScript, Python, or Java.
• Experience creating prototypes (PoC) of test frameworks and presenting them to clients.
• Ability to design test strategies and test policies for projects and clients.
• Experience reviewing QA projects and improving processes.
• Experience preparing test effort estimations.
• Experience mentoring team members.
• Knowledge of software architecture patterns and their impact on testing.
• Experience working in and designing tests in agile environments.
• Comfortable working in AI-driven engineering environments using specification-driven development frameworks like OpenSpec.
• Proficient in English at C1 level.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of German language.

• Develop test strategies and overall testing approach, including automation, manual, functional, and non-functional testing across all levels.
• Select and create prototypes (PoC) of automation tools tailored for projects.
• Configure testing frameworks, implement testing processes, write tests, lead the QA department, and estimate testing efforts.
• Conduct quality reviews of QA projects and propose improvements.
• Mentor other QA specialists and support quality control in various projects.
• Research and present new QA technologies and solutions.
• Collaborate with QA specialists and architects internationally (Netherlands, Switzerland, India).
• Support presales activities by providing QA expertise, cost estimations, client requirement analysis, and representation.
