Junior Buyer Support and Procurement Specialist

• Process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) according to client requirements, procurement policies, and internal procedures.
• Review procurement requests, monitor purchase orders, and support purchasing activities through the procurement process.
• Provide first-line support to stakeholders and suppliers via ticketing tools, email, and phone, resolving or escalating queries.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation, update records, and track orders to ensure data quality and process efficiency.
• Deliver high-quality service in line with agreed SLAs/KPIs, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and quality standards.

This position requires availability to work in shifts, including 2-3 late shifts per week.
