Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating custom software systems primarily for finance, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing.

• At least 8 years of experience in system analysis and IT solution design
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and REST API
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Proficient in modeling processes and systems (UML, BPMN, domain modeling)
• Skilled in system integration design
• Knowledgeable in SQL, data modeling, and Git/GitFlow version control
• Experienced with VS Code and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot
• Experienced in building AI agents, prompt engineering, and AI workflow design
• Familiar with AI orchestrators (Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, MCP, CrewAI, AutoGen)
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, MCP, and AI process automation
• Ability to analyze and develop technical solutions in Python, C#, Java, or related languages

• Minimum 8 years of experience in system analysis and IT solution design

• Experience designing system integrations
• Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and version control using Git and GitFlow
• Practical experience with VS Code, GitHub Copilot (Agent Mode), and AI tools supporting software development
• Experience building AI agents, creating custom skills, prompt engineering, and designing AI workflows
• Knowledge of AI orchestrators like Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, MCP, CrewAI, and AutoGen
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, MCP, and automation of processes using AI
• Ability to analyze and design technical solutions using code (Python, C#, Java or similar)
