Treasury Team Leader

• At least 7 years of professional experience in Treasury Operations within a global organization.
• Proven experience in leading teams, including supporting their development and daily performance.
• Extensive knowledge of Cash Management, Banking, and Treasury Operations.
• Proficiency with financial and analytical systems and ability to implement process enhancements.
• Strong communication skills for effective engagement with diverse stakeholders.
• Mindset characterized by initiative, accountability, detail focus, analytics, curiosity, and proactive problem solving.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written (Polish skills are an asset).
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance or a related field.

• Oversee daily cash tasks such as monitoring cash levels, managing short-term liquidity needs, and posting transactions.
• Create and maintain a 12-month daily cash-flow forecast in collaboration with finance and market teams.
• Handle banking matters, including responding to bank inquiries, mandate updates, and user access issues.
• Process and approve manual payments and payment runs, coordinate with banks for confirmation and tracking.
• Lead a team by supporting their development, engagement, and daily performance.
• Build positive relationships with banks, external partners, and internal teams; prepare regular and ad hoc reports for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance Treasury Operations processes.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and support cross-team collaboration and company community initiatives.
