SAP S/4HANA Template Rollout Consultant

The role is with a world-renowned international enterprise operating across global markets, focusing on a high-priority international expansion program to standardize and deploy unified Source-to-Pay (S2P) templates across European and American entities.

• Solid experience in international SAP S/4HANA template deployments with deep functional knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procurement processes.
• Hands-on understanding of European e-invoicing/VAT regulations and Americas payment/tax structures.
• Strong capability in leading fit-to-standard workshops, managing scope boundaries, and securing business sign-offs from local management.
• Readiness for approximately 25% travel for on-site workshops, system demos, and deployment milestones.
• Fluent English and strong interpersonal skills to build trust with local deployment teams and executive stakeholders.

• Maintain and communicate the standardized global S2P core template, managing change control and formal deviation requests.
• Lead interactive country workshops to distinguish legal mandates from operational preferences, configuring local tax codes, bank interfaces, and currency settings.
• Oversee E-Invoicing and compliance implementations across Europe and the Americas.
• Coordinate country-specific Master Data fields, Business Partner roles, and purchasing organization setups.
• Drive rollout roadmaps, structure User Acceptance Testing (UAT), lead cutover execution, and deliver hypercare support during initial financial close cycles.
