Embedded Test Engineer

They build and maintain software for embedded modules and devices that operate in industrial plants worldwide. • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python (ability to read, analyze, and modify existing scripts).
• Understanding of PLC programming using Ladder Diagram/Logic.
• Knowledge of industrial networking standards (CIP protocol is a strong plus).
• Ability to analyze and interpret communication between embedded modules.
• Background in embedded software testing including system testing, regression, and test architecture fundamentals.
• Advanced level English (C1) enabling fluent daily communication in an international project setup.

• Develop test scenarios, system tests, and regression test suites for embedded modules.
• Write and maintain test scripts using Python and Ladder Logic.
• Replicate real-world scenarios imitating automation engineers' programming and interaction with devices in industrial environments.
• Analyze and interpret network traffic and inter-module communication.
• Contribute to the overall test architecture for long-lifecycle industrial products.
• Review and work with system and project requirements.
