IT Support Specialist

The company offers software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development for clients from multiple economic sectors such as finance, telecommunications, media, energy, manufacturing, trade, services, public administration, education, and healthcare.

• Knowledge of SCCM and Intune.
• Knowledge of IT security topics for end users.
• Experience with user account administration in Active Directory (AD) and Entra.
• Experience with Office 365 user account administration.
• Basic understanding of LAN (wired and wireless) and WAN networks, including 802.1X.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of the Apple ecosystem.

• Provide support for Windows 10/11 and MacOS systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot MS Office, Teams, and other office software.
• Support and diagnose issues with Android and iOS devices.
• Perform basic computer hardware repairs and upgrades.
• Manage and maintain printers, including toner replacement and paper jam resolution.
• Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting for computers and mobile devices.
• Work under pressure to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with customers, including non-technical users.
• Collaborate with other teams on IT projects.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and security policies.
