Wymagania

- Strong understanding of API design (REST, SOAP), modern web services, workflow engines, and distributed architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, autonomous AI agents, and intelligent automation implementations.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills with experience influencing C-suite and technical leaders.

- Analyze enterprise workflows to identify areas for process optimization, automation, and AI integration.
- Design scalable, secure integration frameworks and solution architectures across Microsoft and third-party platforms.
- Build low-code and API-driven automation pipelines using Power Automate and custom connectors.
- Lead AI transformation initiatives including Microsoft Copilot, custom AI Agents, and Generative AI tools.
- Establish architectural blueprints, integration standards, and governance practices for automation.
- Collaborate with business and engineering teams to translate operational issues into technical roadmaps.
