Mobile App Product Manager (k/m)

MODIVO PLATFORM is a company operating in the e-commerce and retail sector, managing well-known brands including CCC, eobuwie, HalfPrice, and Modivo. The company offers a modern, omnichannel business environment with an international reach and Polish origins.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or related product role.
• At least 1 year experience in developing consumer mobile applications (iOS/Android).
• Knowledge of mobile ecosystem, app publication processes, and App Store and Google Play guidelines.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions, analyze product metrics, and conduct experiments.
• Independence, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
• English proficiency sufficient for effective collaboration in an international environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience in e-commerce or retail sectors and Central and Eastern European markets.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Firebase, GA4, and AppsFlyer.
• Experience with mobile app rollouts and QA/UAT testing.
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing tools like Google UAC, Meta Ads, and issues related to GDPR, DMA, and mobile app privacy.
• Product or Agile certifications.

• Develop and optimize native mobile applications for iOS and Android from concept through deployment and continued development.
• Co-create product roadmap and prioritize backlog based on user needs, data, and business objectives.
• Conduct product discovery including market analysis, competitor research, user feedback, and identify new product opportunities.
• Analyze product data such as conversion, retention, and funnels; conduct experiments and A/B tests to optimize user experience.
• Create product documentation including user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria; collaborate closely with iOS, Android, UX/UI, and QA teams.
• Coordinate feature releases, participate in release planning, and monitor app quality post-launch.
• Ensure compliance with App Store and Google Play guidelines and user privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and CRM teams; report progress and results of initiatives.
